I've worked on a handful of projects, ranging from enhancing and modernizing the online business banking environment, to exploring interactions that boost connection with customers, to translating a consistent cross-platform experience to the architecture of the digital product suite. As the mission of the bank shifts toward being more personal – a partner, even, in the financial endeavors of the customer – these enhancements push the digital — to be adaptable, sustainable, and future-proof.
